Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Customized garments are not eligible for returns. Cash refunds are issued via original payment methods (bKash/Nagad or Bank) within 7-10 working days.
